These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Globe Smart Logistics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to its customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Shipping from the United States to Jamaica.
Delivery within Kingston, St. Thomas, and surrounding areas.
Packing and shipment of barrels, boxes, and other items.
Personal shopping services, including special support for expecting mothers.
Customs clearance assistance (where applicable).
Standard shipping rate is JMD $650.00 per pound, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments must be made in full before shipment is released for delivery.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted rate.
Additional charges may apply for oversized, restricted, or special handling items.
Ensure all items shipped are accurately declared and properly labeled.
Provide valid contact information (phone, address, email) for delivery.
Comply with customs regulations in Jamaica and the USA.
Customers are responsible for providing receipts/invoices for newly purchased items if required by customs.
Customers are prohibited from shipping:
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons.
Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Perishable goods not properly packaged.
Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, toxic, etc.).
Cash, jewelry, or other high-value items unless pre-approved in writing.
Globe Smart Logistics is not liable for delays due to customs, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging done by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to request insurance coverage for valuable shipments.
Deliveries are made within Kingston, St. Thomas, and surrounding areas.
Customers must be available to accept deliveries or designate an authorized recipient.
Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees.
For personal shopping orders, a service fee will be added to the cost of purchased goods.
Customers must provide accurate details of requested items.
Globe Smart Logistics is not responsible for manufacturer defects, warranties, or product quality.
All shipments are subject to Jamaican customs inspections and regulations.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
Globe Ship Logistics will assist with clearance but cannot guarantee customs release times.
Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof of value (receipts/invoices) must be provided for all claims.
Claims are subject to investigation and approval by Globe Smart Logistics.
Globe Smart Logistics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted or provided upon request.
